Chris– a total perfectionist, true foodie and avid tea connoisseur is the founder of High Tea Delights. His generous nature and passion for excellence have positioned High Tea Delights as Sydney’s most prestigious high tea catering service
He is the hustler in chief and keeper of all things china. He is also a master of tea brewing, using his own acquired knowledge as well as specialised training he has received with T2 as an esteemed member of the T2 High Tea Society.
Chris decided to ditch a successful corporate career in management consulting and enter the world of candy coloured macarons, yummy treats, tea, champagne and finger sandwiches – following his passion for all things food & vintage china! He has mastered the art of High Tea and knows all china makes and patterns by heart!

We also offer the highest quality cutlery and silverware all imported from the world-famous flatware factories in Sheffield of England and an array of accessories and high tea add-ons to transform your event into an authentic High Tea experience.
And the icing on the cake (Pun Intended) all our food is made to order by qualified pastry chefs using only the freshest ingredients, including our favourites, Lemon Tart & Fresh Berry Tart – YUM!
